1. General 15-Day Return Policy

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Exceptions: Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are strictly not eligible for return.
2. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items on our store are explicitly marked as "Non-returnable and non-exchangeable" on their product pages.
- These items are final sale.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these specific items unless they arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund, regardless of the item's standard return policy.
