1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Due to high demand or supplier constraints, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Because we work with multiple specialized international suppliers to curate our products, shipping times vary depending on your location.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7 to 15 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days

Please remember that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on customs processing, postal service disruptions, or seasonal shipping delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping on orders, calculated dynamically at checkout depending on your destination.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer promotional free shipping on specific items or on orders over a certain total value, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information can take 2 to 5 business days to update and show active tracking details in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please reach out to us at contact@digitaltechstuff.com  

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Digital Tech Stuff is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearances, etc.).

6. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal office and neighbors before contacting our support.
